Please read these terms and conditions before using OnlineFishing.tv . By ticking the box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with these conditions now and every time you use the services, and that you accept any revised version.

Our Services

By subscribing to the TV Channel or registering for Pay Per View, OnlineFishing.tv will provide you with immediate and full access to our programmes. In turn, you accept responsibility for maintaining the hardware and software necessary to access and receive and view the Services from your computer. We will make every endeavour to assist should you experience problems.

OnlineFishing.tv will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Services are available to you at all times. However, the TV Channel and the website is provided on an 'as is' basis. In particular, the image and sound quality of the Services may vary, whether due to congestion on the Internet or telephone lines, or due to the quality of the original master tape supplied to us or your own hardware/software. While we will endeavour to supply a constant and uninterrupted service at all times, we cannot therefore ensure that it will always be error free.

We may need to close the service down occasionally to carry out site maintenance or upgrades. We will try to keep this to a minimum.

OnlineFishing.tv shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver our Services to the extent that such delay or failure arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of OnlineFishing.tv.

OnlineFishing.tv reserves the right to amend the nature and extent of our Services available at any time.

Use Of The TV Channel

Due to the nature of the contracts we have with the suppliers of some of our acquired programmes, we are not able to broadcast all of our shows worldwide. Some can only be viewed in the UK and Eire, some only in Europe the UK and Eire. Our software automatically works out where you are based and the shows that you can view can be assessed before you enter the joining process.

You understand that sharing your log-in information is not permitted and that the OnlineFishing.tv system will only allow one simultaneous log-in with your information. You understand that if your log in is used from multiple IP addresses, OnlineFishing.tv will be investigate and may suspend your account with no recourse if we consider you have shared your log in details.

The subscription price and your Pay Per View experience covers only access to our full TV Channel services and does not cover any other costs the user may incur such as ISP or telephony service provider charges. Access to the rest of the website and viewing of trailers is free.

Programmes available on OnlineFishing.tv are streamed through the internet and cannot be downloaded. You may only print one hard copy of the text based content available on the TV Channel and website for personal non-commercial use.

Payment

In confirming the subscription through the successful transaction process or in paying for programmes on a Pay Per View basis, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with OnlineFishing.tv to purchases the Services.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta and Switch.

You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. OnlineFishing.tv reserves the right to refuse credit/debit card payments in its reasonable discretion.

Transactions are made in UK Sterling (pounds and pence). The price includes VAT. Prices given in Euros on the website are an approximation based on the Sterling/Euro exchange rate at the time of writing and are for comparison purposes only. The subscription amount and renewal amount is taken in one six-monthly payment at the start of your membership, rather than in six single monthly payments. For Pay Per View customers we have a minimum transaction charge of £1. Any currency conversion charges due will be paid by the subscriber.

Liability

Neither OnlineFishing.tv nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or reliance on any information available on the site or any third party site linked to this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind. The maximum amount OnlineFishing.tv is liable for is limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Services. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds Policy

If you find that you are not happy with the OnlineFishing.tv service, you can request a refund at any time during the first seven days of your membership. However, we will monitor your usage and if we find you have used accessed more than 50% of our available programming during this period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to refund only part of your initial membership payment. After such seven-day period any refund is purely at the discretion of OnlineFishing.tv . Any refund will be paid directly back into the account you used to set up your membership.

Pay Per View customers have 48 hours to watch the programmes they purchase as many times as they wish. The viewing experience can be checked prior to purchase by watching our free programmes and free trailers, and other than in exceptional circumstances, no refund is available. However, we will always endeavour to make sure you have the best possible viewing experience.

Renewal

By setting up an OnlineFishing.tv subscription, you are agreeing to an automatic renewal of your membership after each six-month period. Should you wish to cancel your membership you can do so quickly in TV Settings – if you do this you will still be able to view until the end of your six month membership. If you have purchased a subscription using a promotion which entitles you to money off your first six month subscription, your renewal with be put through at the full subscription amount.

Cancellation should be made no less than [10] days prior to the end of the current paid-up period. Your membership will then run until the end of your most recent paid-up period. If you cancel your membership within [10] days prior to the end of the current paid up period, or after your renewal date, you will be charged for the following six month period and your membership will terminate on expiry of such period.

Termination By OnlineFishing.tv

We may terminate this agreement by written notice and with immediate effect at any time if you commit a material breach of this agreement or fail to fulfil any of our technical requirements.

In addition, we may terminate this agreement on one calendar month's notice given in writing to you. If we terminate the agreement other than as a result of your breach or technical non-compliance, you will receive a refund of the amount you pre-paid for your membership less an amount proportionate to the number of days for which you have had access to the TV Channel.

Buy As A Gift

By purchasing on OnlineFishing.tv membership as a gift, you are not signing up to the channel yourself (you can do this separately) but are purchasing a gift card and unique gift code, which can be redeemed by the recipient for a six-month membership of www.onlinefishing.tv . The gift code can only be used once, and upon redemption will become inactive. The person redeeming the code will be bound by the standard OnlineFishing.tv terms and conditions as stated throughout the registration process. The gift card and code are not transferrable and have no cash value. Should any refund be agreed to, this can only be made to the purchaser on the card used to buy the gift, and not to the recipient.

Credit/Debit Card Security

OnlineFishing.tv uses secure Realex payment (www.realexpayments.com) and has a Thawte SSL certificate (www.thawte.com).

Our Forum Policy

By registering with OnlineFishing.tv and our Forum, you certify that all information you provide in the registration is accurate. Users may only maintain one active registration.

Considering the real-time nature of the OnlineFishing.tv Forum, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted.

Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
