Terms And Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions before using OnlineFishing.tv or subscribing to any of its Premium services. By ticking the box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with these conditions now and every time you use the services, and that you accept any revised version.

Our Services
OnlineFishing.tv provides monthly free-to-view video content as an entity in itself and under a number of sub brands, including Game Fisher’s Diary, Carp Channel Monthly, Sea Watch Monthly and Coarse&Match Fishing Monthly. We also provide a Premium service to members, who can select what they wish to view and purchase a monthly viewing allowance.
OnlineFishing.tv will provide Premium members with immediate to our archive of programmes, from which they can choose how to allocate their allowance.
In turn, you accept responsibility for maintaining the hardware and software necessary to access and receive and view the Services from your computer. We will make every endeavour to assist should you experience problems.
OnlineFishing.tv will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Services are available to you at all times. However, the TV Channel and the website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. In particular, the image and sound quality of the Services may vary, whether due to congestion on the Internet or telephone lines, or due to the quality of the original master tape supplied to us or your own hardware/software. While we will endeavour to supply a constant and uninterrupted service at all times, we cannot therefore ensure that it will always be error free.
We may need to close the service down occasionally to carry out site maintenance or upgrades. We will try to keep this to a minimum.
OnlineFishing.tv shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver our Services to the extent that such delay or failure arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of OnlineFishing.tv.
OnlineFishing.tv reserves the right to amend the nature and extent of our Services available at any time.

Use Of The TV Channel
Due to the nature of the contracts we have with the suppliers of some of our acquired programmes, we are not able to broadcast all of our shows worldwide. Some can only be viewed in the UK and Eire. Our software automatically works out where you are based and the shows that you can view can be assessed before you enter the joining process.
The subscription price gives access to our library of programmes from which you can choose how to allocate your monthly viewing allowance and does not cover any other costs the user may incur such as ISP or telephony service provider charges. Access to the rest of the website and viewing of trailers is free. The amount of monthly viewing minutes available to you depends on the membership level chosen. You can choose to top up your monthly allowance if you use it up. If you choose not to use your monthly allowance in any given month, those minutes will not be carried over. However, each month your account will automatically be topped up with a new monthly allowance. If you buy Top Up Minutes, and do not use them, these will be carried over.
After choosing to use some of your minutes on any given show, you will be given 72 hours to view it as many times as you wish. The programme will sit in your Account. After this period has lapsed, the programme will disappear from your account.
OnlineFishing.tv grants you a non-exclusive, limited licence to download and use OnlineFishing.tv and the content on it solely for your private, non-commercial, personal use only via the Internet. You may only print one hard copy of the text based content available on the TV Channel for personal non-commercial use.

Payment
In confirming the subscription through the successful transaction process you are entering into a legally binding agreement with OnlineFishing.tv to purchases the Services.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta and Switch.
You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. OnlineFishing.tv reserves the right to refuse credit/debit card payments in its reasonable discretion. 
Transactions are made in UK Sterling (pounds and pence). The price includes VAT. Prices given in Euros on the website are an approximation based on the Sterling/Euro exchange rate at the time of writing and are for comparison purposes only. You can choose to join for one month, pay monthly or join for an extended period and take advantage of one of our offers.  Any currency conversion charges due will be paid by the subscriber.

Liability
Neither OnlineFishing.tv nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or reliance on any information available on the site or any third party site linked to this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind. The maximum amount OnlineFishing.tv is liable for is limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Services. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds Policy
You can choose to join our Premium Channel by paying monthly or you can join for an extended period and take advantage of one of our offers. If you find that you are not happy with the OnlineFishing.tv Premium service, you can request a refund at any time during the first seven days of your membership. We will monitor your usage and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to refund only part of your initial membership payment. After such seven-day period any refund is purely at the discretion of OnlineFishing.tv . Any refund will be paid directly back into the account you used to set up your membership.

Renewal
You can choose to pay monthly for our Premium content, or join for an extended period such as six months, in which case you can take advantage of one of our offers. If you choose a regular monthly membership your monthly membership fee will be taken every month on the day that you first joined, and your monthly minutes allowance will be added to your Account that day. If you wish to stop the monthly membership, you can do so in your Account under change tariff. If you cancel and wish to rejoin at a later date, you will still be able to use your log in details and will be offered the various membership options when you log in. If you join for an extended period (eg six months), your full membership fee will be taken on the day you join. Your monthly minutes allowance will be added each month on the same day every month. Your membership will not auto renew, and we will contact you by email in the run-up to your renewal date with the various options available to you.
Termination By OnlineFishing.tv
We may terminate this agreement by written notice and with immediate effect at any time if you commit a material breach of this agreement or fail to fulfil any of our technical requirements. In addition, we may terminate this agreement on one calendar month's notice given in writing to you. If we terminate the agreement other than as a result of your breach or technical non-compliance, you will receive a refund of the amount you pre-paid for your membership less an amount proportionate to the number of days for which you have had access to the TV Channel.

Credit/Debit Card Security
OnlineFishing.tv uses secure Realex payment (www.realexpayments.com) and has a Go Daddy SSL certificate.. We also accept payment by Paypal.

Our Forum Policy
By registering with OnlineFishing.tv and our Forum, you certify that all information you provide in the registration is accurate. Users may only maintain one active registration.
Considering the real-time nature of the OnlineFishing.tv Forum, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted.
Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.    
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of OnlineFishing.tv or any entity associated with it. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email to report@onlinefishing.tv and/or by using the Report Post facility, or contacting our moderators.
We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.     
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use the Forum and community area to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, racist, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, infringes copyright or other intellectual property right of any third party, or assists infringement or piracy, includes any computer viruses, worms, logic bombs or other malicious software or technically harmful data or otherwise violates any law.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or OnlineFishing.tv. You agree not to post any material that is the copyright of OnlineFishing.tv or any of its licensors on any other website without express permission from the head of channel (email gareth.purnell@onlinefishing.tv).
Although we do not and cannot review the messages posted and are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to monitor and delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever and may block or terminate your membership for violating any of these terms.    
You are responsible for all statements made and acts that occur through the use of your membership and password. Please don't disclose your password to anybody. If your log in details have been stolen, you must let us know.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlineFishing.tv, with respect to any claim based upon transmission/publication of your message(s).    
You understand and acknowledge that information posted or transmitted by other users are the sole responsibility of the person from which such material originated.
OnlineFishing.tv makes no claims or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or truth of any material contained in the Forum, community area or on any other part of the site. All information provided on OnlineFishing.tv is to be used on an "as is, with all faults" basis.

We also ask for your ‘fishing alias’ which is the name that you will go by in the community area.
You may edit your profile at any time in ‘My OnlineFishing’. We recommend that anyone under the age of 18 should ask their parents for permission before publishing anything about themselves on the Internet.
OnlineFishing.tv may contain links to other websites and links may be posted on the forums by users. We of course accept no responsibility for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage our users to read the privacy statements of every site they use.

Indemnity

Changes To The Terms And Conditions
By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. OnlineFishing.tv may vary these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice and such variations shall become effective immediately upon being accessible on this page. Your continued use of the TV Channel and site means that you accept any new or modified terms.
Syndication
Some of our brands and content will appear on third party websites through syndication or other means. The relevant terms and conditions outlined above also apply in these cases. 
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with English Law. All disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
