Before You Play
Your viewing experience is dependent on the broadband download speed coming into your computer.
You should be able to watch at ‘Standard’ quality if your broadband download speed is consistently over 500Kbps.
If your broadband connection is consistently over 1000Kbps, the ‘High’ quality viewing option should work for you.
Most broadband packages offer well above these speeds, but do not always deliver them. Check your broadband speed at www.broadbandspeedchecker.co.uk.
If you are getting a lower speed than you think you should be, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Contact numbers for the main ISPs can be found by clicking this link: www.onlinefishing.tv/channel/faq/.
If you have a fast enough connection but are still experiencing programmes stuttering, freezing or not playing, you may also need to download or upgrade the 'Flash Player' on your computer. You can do this here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer. We suggest you restart your computer after downloading.
Another reason videos could struggle to play is if you have lots of other applications (programmes) open, so it’s advisable to close them down before you play.
